Sunday night was better in terms of the Eric Clapton & Jeff Beck set, but tonight the Eric solo set was superior than either of the previous nights. Rock & Roll Heart (acoustic) was a welcome surprise and added some momentum (as opposed to the Fats Waller song from the O2). Tell the Truth, Sheriff, and Cocaine were the highlights, as well as You Need Love and Little Brown Bird. Hi Ho Silver Lining was missed. Jeff Beck set was better without the guest spots (though I missed Imelda May). I believe Jeff added “You Never Know” before “Big Block” but I am not sure sometimes when it comes to the instrumentals from the seventies.

why didn’t Eric play “I’ve Got A Rock’n’Roll” in London?
How I would have loved to hear him play this song live!!!!
