Legendary Guitarist Eric Clapton Coming To RBC Center
The Yardbirds, Derek and the Dominos, Cream — guitar legend Eric Clapton has been in some music’s most influential blues-rock bands and his solo career has been just as fruitful. Testament to that fact is his triple induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the Yardbirds, Cream and as a solo performer.
Recently, Clapton joined The Allman Brothers Band to celebrate their 40th anniversary and pay tribute to the late Duane Allman, teamed up with Steve Winwood for a U.S. tour and is planning a string of dates with fellow guitar icon Jeff Beck in early 2010.
Raleigh fans will soon have the chance to see Clapton live when he performs at the RBC Center on March 8.
Tickets go on sale Dec. 11 at 10 a.m. for $45,$65 and $85 at the RBC Center box office and all Ticketmaster outlets.
